Divas in Defense

What would you do if you were walking down the street and someone approached you trying to steal your valuables, rape or hurt you?

What would you do if you were being abused by a loved one?  Do you treat your girls early on how to defend themselves? How to demand respect as a woman? 

I had the pleasure of meeting up with Chris from Divas in Defense today and I give kudos to Divas in Defense. Why Because they are teaching women on how not to be victims... I have always thought workplaces should have programs like this. I believe in teaching young girls how to protect themselves. We have already started teaching the young girls in our family.  Have you?
