About Me

I am the mother of 4 boys, which are now Men and married to a wonderful husband and I have many grandkids that mean the world to me. I am a very outgoing person who HATES Drama. If your a person who is a Energy Vampire, then kindly go suck the Energy out of someone else because I won't have it.

Life wasn't always this happy and joyful... I was a person without self-esteem... I was a person that was in a very bad relationship and I let others control me. I then met my wonderful husband who helped me break through the nonsense and with much work and determination, I am the person I am today.

My health was terrible, I weighed close to 200 lbs and I was miserable. I then took matters into my own hands and decided, ENOUGH IS ENOUGH. I then started to look into how I could help me. Then Visalus was pretty much dropped into my lap. It was either do it or dont. I jumped at the chance to become a better me.  I have never felt healthier, I have so much energy and I feel terrific.  So that is where I am today.

I am Paying it Forward, I am helping others get Healthy and offering my advice. I am a great motivator and confidant. I just want YOU  to be the best you can be... no not in the ARMY but in your own body and home.  As I tell everyone, YES YOU CAN!  All you have to do is reach out....
